Some other options in this very helpful guide (especially if you don’t have a pre-2024 Kindle ereader): https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=361503 I can confirm Method 2A works. The actual conversion to epub is automated, but I did have to clean up the metadata for many of my books, but that’s understandable.
