Free League is one of the best currently, IMO.
Dungeonslayers is a free TTRPG under a creative commons license. It’s in German, but it looks like there are some English translations.
I like the Swedish Horror RPG Kult: Divinity Lost.
The World of Darkness RPGs are strictly speaking also European since they are owned by Paradox Interactive.
Gamesworkshop’s like rouge trader would be the biggest ones

There is also Aborea - a German Fantasy TTRPG. I do not know whether it’s available in other languages though
