Yeah, although most of the time they’re made of metal and submerged entirely.
Hm. Yes, I suppose. Once it’s completely under though we introduce a whole other range of risks :p Plus, who wants no sunlight. This guy even gets more sunlight wha with the probable hot spots burning holes in his board from time to time.
