Microsoft is now first and foremost a cloud provider and has been putting a lot of time and effort into their own Linux offerings, and desktop Windows just isn’t the hypercritical lynchpin for their bottom line that it used to be.

Unlikely. Microsoft is now first and foremost a cloud provider and has been putting a lot of time and effort into their own Linux offerings, and desktop Windows just isn’t the hypercritical lynchpin for their bottom line that it used to be.
Doubt it given what a success the Deck has been.
