I used to use sway as my tiling window manager, i really liked it, but one day it stopped working, the mouse didnt show up, and now it doesnt even start up, i tried everything, but it didnt work, so i wonder, is it compatible with that graphic card?

Yes, just install a compatible DE/Wayland compositor (like hyprland) and it should just work
