Yeah that pelargonium does not look very happy does it. They like a lot of sun, so probably putting it in a sunny spot and giving it a good drink will perk it right up. If not, it might need some plant food or maybe a repot. I like to use baby bio but there are lots of other brands that are more difficult to confuse with soy sauce.
Just another [email protected] horticulture tip. Come back every week for more.
My first thought is that it looks nutrient deficient. Light too though.
People ask me about their struggling house plants. Everytime: “Water? Light? Fertiliser? They need all those things.”
Well, yes to some degree, yes they all need those things, but at different amounts. You can sunburn plants. A drowned plant can be harder to save than a thirsty one, and you shouldn’t feed a plant that is dormant.
But, I think neglect kills houseplants more than anything else. If it’s not yapping at their heels, a lot of people forget about the plants and then they might flood it once a month, think they’re taking care of it, but the roots rot and it’s pretty much done.
Yeah you’re probably right poor thing needs a good dollop of

I am enjoying the horticulture talk as well, but to bring things back on topic (sort of), the lady on the bottom looks like she doesn’t have a perineum! Never noticed anything like that before; people truly come in all configurations.
It is, suppositionally, what we’re supposed to be about.
You are right, though, that is bizzare looking.
Not enough for me to say it can’t happen, though. It’s like an uncanny valley—accidental pun— of perineumTotally agreed 😂😂😂

I’m really intrigued about the plant people that found their way here. @[email protected], @[email protected] —like, how?
Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad you’re here. We can talk plants. I’m sort of into orchids. But did you get here by accident?
Just honestly interested.Well I like plants and I like pussy, so this is some pretty great and also rare crossover content that I’m quite enjoying tbh :)
(Also there is a very old image macro that is somehow relevant to this but I will most likely never be able to find it)
Additionally, do you have any cool orchids my dude?
I don’t know, maybe someone can help you out. It’s amazing what they can ID.
There’s nothing blooming right now, so I can’t show you anything. I don’t do the regular phals anymore, which would be blooming. I’m sort into dendrobiums and oncidiums. I’d like to do my own hybrids, but I don’t have the space for it.
I bought vials before. That was a nightmare. Hundreds of baby orchids. Just everywhere. I had to make shelves in my windows out of books to hold trays of baby orchids. Every piece of plastic from the grocery store became a tray for orchids. I was giving them away to everyone I knew.
I think people avoided me because I might saddle them with plants.
I just didn’t want to let any of them go without a chance.in the end, I didn’t really get anything good.
just normal dendrobium hybridsedit for an image of last time I had a good pot of phalaenopsis:
