You got me wrong, I am happy with the release of Sync. I am just puzzled by the missing basic feature.

It still puzzles me why it was not added at release.

It is one of the most basic features for a social media app.

I am using the non-rooted AdAway blocker and I am not seeing any empty space, in case you want to try.

EDIT: Or maybe I am not being served adds because my location, so I cannot be 100% sure about the spaces.

I hide posts in my feed by swiping them to the left. When I refresh they all come back.

Did you added the blocked community under the filters section or you used the block option on the toolbar while the community is showing on the app?

No. I did block instances already and that works fine.

As explained in the post, the blocked community doesn’t appear there.

I noticed this too. Everything looks perfect with the app but is weird that such option is not working yet.

I read them in reverse order and indeed the answer is amazing.

As for the letter from Twitter lawyer (Spiro), it does look as it was written by someone without knowledge on the subject… I read Spiro Wikipedia page, and apparently, he is described as a quite successful lawyer, so my best guess is that some low level associate wrote it and Spiro only signed.
