Sooo they can bend the law and postpone holding elections
No, Ukraine was attacked, so parliament and president declared martial law. Ukraine is constitutionally prohibited from holding elections until it is over.
STFU, Younger Gen BADD!!
Boy oh boy, it sure is a mystery why democracies have people vote privately
I’ve recently had a couple of totally unrelated negative interactions with an extremely self-rightious “powermod” who has control of a few of my favorite communities.
This sounds like a good idea, since if I was to start shitposting about my experiences with a powermod, they could just remove my posts and ban me from the many communities they control.
But, it could just turn into a cesspool of vendettas and hivemind whingeing about mods x poster dislikes. Ironically, this community would require great mods to not just be a hate circlejerk.

Me, with no bus with a route from my bumfuck nowhere town to my work a 20 minute backwoods drive in some equally Fuckwoods, Nowhere town:
Ever maybe think that maybe… JUST MAYBE!!! some people don’t actually want to live in a 10000 person/mile area and want a different life with trees or fields around them instead of more endless asphalt?
For those people, vehicles are the bridge between wanting to live around nature and not starving to death.
Edge case
Thank you for your well educated and nuanced opinion that takes people who can’t afford to live in a city into account, very cool!
Love the game, been playing Ck2 and 3 for about a decade now.
A big part is making sure your lands are not split up too much each generation. Usually this means conquering or revoking from a vassal a new duchy per son, so the core remains intact on sucession. Like real life, Tyranny is just a number if you have the army to back it up.
Another big part is military strength. Betroth your newborns to people with big armies. Keep in mind the product of said unions will inherit claims to your land. Also, Knights and Men at Arms are wayyyy stronger than levies. If you’re playing Norse, they cost prestige, not gold, so you can maintain as many as your monthly prestige income allows, and battle, feast, and raid to boost your prestige over time to afford more.
Raiding is a HUGE boon for the Norse. Best places are counties in Ireland early, and then Brittany, Spain, and Cornwall as you become more powerful. Just be sure you scout the place out and make sure the ruler doesn’t have better troops than you, or you’ll go home with nothing!
Where are you posted? In my current run, I started as the count of Gotland, and then invaded Frisia. A few generations later, and all of the British Isles are viking, as is Scandinavia, Germany and France.
Last I played, my dynasty had 10 Kingdoms under its belt, ruled by various cousins and uncles of the main branch.
When one group puts all the time, money, and effort into researching, discovering, and designing something, and another yoinks it for free, what do you call that?
Hahahaha that’s quite the euphemism for stealing everything they could get their grubby capitalist hands on
Exactly, no asshole in spandex is gonna stop you!

They want to make as much money as they possibly can, so they take all steps to ensure they cannot hurt the feelings of Poo-Bear :)
It’s fucking pathetic to watch a company choose to kowtow to a dictator for the hope of profit
Fun fact: Midjourney bans images of genocidal dictator Xi Jinping, but not other world leaders.
