Enforcement will be difficult like everything else. And I don’t like the chances of a local government authority trying to chase Google for fines, seems like it will take a federal government to set the rules as a condition to permitting them to operate.

The arsehole human parking in the bike lane can be caught and fined.

Allowing Waymo to do it normalises it and makes the issue worse.

Bright. As it continues to grow, and MS gets more terrible I think desktop share will always increase.

I seriously worry about what happens when Linus decides to end his involvement though. I don’t keep up with the happens of the kernel devs but the thought of a split, takeover or power vacuum is a concern for me. Hopefully someone can assure me.
