Medical examiner testified saying fentanyl was a contributing factor but not the direct cause of death. George Floyd was murdered and people like you are essentially saying he deserved to die because of his behavior. Cops are not the judge, jury, and executioner, and if they were capable of holding him down and killing him then they were capable of handcuffing and arresting him, but chose not to.
It takes like 15 minutes to go from bare metal to login. I built my own PC in March and installed Windows from scratch from a USB drive.

Exactly. With the UI/UX of Sync, it just feels like Reddit again (although with way less activity so far, but it’s gotta start somewhere).
Sync defaulted us to it. When trying to add an account, lemmy.world was the easiest one to use.
For a lot of casual users (myself included) we don’t know any better or why we would do anything else.
I daily edge at work because I just wanted to and I like how it integrates with our domain. It’s fine, but I did have to spend some time turning off weird things like price trackers or whatever it was.
I still use Firefox at home though.
