Peeing in it is a bit messy but it doesn’t spray everywhere. I can wear it long term at home but wouldn’t want to go out with it, I’d prefer something with a bit more room.

It’s comfortable and emasculating but that’s kinda the point right? I got a strap too to keep it tighter to my body. When I get horny I can feel myself straining but it’s never painful.
