I kinda want to try it because you can supposedly import and export your icons / shortcuts to apps. I kinda want to be able to like save a folder of urls so that they are viewable from the launcher, but I am not sure if that will be doable. The idea is that hopefully there would be a way to take a folder of bookmarks from exported firefox and make them easily accessible and organized from the launcher.

I guess I should just try it out and see.

It’s an open source solution designed to scale to what the web was originally designed for and excels at. Documents. Specifically hyperlinked documents or webpages. You can’t reasonably expect an archival service to archive something that is by definition not static like an interactive web app.

If you logged and saved all the files the first one requested you could potentially make it work. You could manually change of the file paths in the html if you only doing a few of them. There’s only like 10 or so paths that would need to be modified. The PHP ones are likely harder to make work as php is a server side language and you don’t likely have easy access to PHP server and everything that goes with it.

totp.app should work for your use case without the trouble of emulation. It’s a web app instead of a mobile app.

I see. With the link you should be able to query a geojson file that can then be imported into geojson.io. I used Query ‘GLOBALID IS NOT null’ to get the top 50 of 2000 results. That should give you a starting piont. The first link is just a way to query the data in this link

I’m unfamilar with Qgis but I have been able to import layers into geojson.io before from arcGIS.

There is certainly an element of this being PR for Microsoft. But it is worth considering that a huge amount of computing is done in large data centers.

I think this fact could easily jump-start the use of a technology such as this. If it starts out where every large to mid-sized data center has a reader and writer shared among their thousands of customers it certainly would make it more viable.

I would guess the AI service is MS’s way of trying to make sure they control the technology. Hopefully, it eventually can get replaced by a local AI model rather than MS’s proprietary AI.
