You could always try to “downgrade” the wifi to b/g/n on uour roiter and see if it works then.
Maybe the wifi card your laptop is too old for new gen wifi routers (n, ac, ad, ax, 6E). I’ve seen that with old Dell laptops.

I’ve been using Tauon for years now and I still love it.
Install a windows first just to launch the Dell Command Update app (you’ll have to download it from the Dell website) and use it to update the BIOS and Intel firmwares.
These laptops even run badly on win10 until you update everything.
Then install your chosen distro. I bet there will be fewer problems then.

Same here, I use both KeePassXC and Bitwarden. But I dont store heavily sensitive passwords on Bitwarden, like my email passwords, encryption retrieval keys, etc.
