Does either Librewolf or Mullvad have a mobile version with sync?
Does it have a mobile version with sync?
There’s no encryption that a 5$ wrench and a bit o time can’t break
As always, the problem isnt using a new service or super secure app, the problem is making everyone else I talk to use said app, not happening anytime soon sadly.
Developer Stackholder: Am I pushing the wrong ideas onto the managers?
No, it’s the developers who don’t know how to implement the features I want.
Sometimes it’s hard to detach It, specially dealing with web dev.
The browser expects JS, since JS was made for the browser, so you make a front in JS. But now you need a back, and hey, you already have all models and repos in JS, might as well make the back with JS.
It’s a vicious cycle. Honestly, JS is fine for either if you are component enough (ie. not using stuff like “is-number”), don’t get the hate on It.
Monster Hunter World
It also helps you getting a starting point when you don’t know how ask a search engine the right question.
But people misinterpret its usefulness and think It can handle complex and context heavy problems, which must of the time will result in hallucinated crap.
that’s crazy, it’s almost like it was created to run on a browser, who would do such an evil thing?
Record<string, unknown> ftw
I see, that’s greatif it is only locally installed and used, messing with PATH could, probably, break stuff like nvm or others
what if I wanted to use deno or bun? I don’t think that should be their decision to install “default” stuff that have alternatives
I’m all for their improvement tho
I don’t like the idea o LLMs everywhere, but I do use chatgpt quite a lot as a point of entrance to any topic that I might not know the existence of yet
The statement is but an option, of course you couldn’t handle your phone handcuffed, that would be extremely difficult.
It’s merely a countermeasure prior to any altercations with officers, most phones automatically restarts if you press the power button for a few seconds.
I don’t think having to resort to such things is cool, but I indeed had to do this once .
Where I live cops often unlawfully search you and check whatever they want. I was stopped at a traffic light, on the guise of a “drugs operation”. Told the officer I’d pick my license and car register, picked those and restarted my phone in 5 seconds. Got out of the car, they searched and soon released me.
In this case nothing happend, but if you’re somewhere where cops search unlawfully, and you were not stopped near an alleyway that cops can beat your password out of you with a wrench, I’d totally say you should restart your phone.
You’re correct, it’s but an option. If you have the means to do so I’d go for It.
restart de phone, most of them will require the passcode at least once before enabling biometrics
That’s the problem, only switching the transportation method isn’t enough, there’s a whole infrastructure behind that needs to be built.
In most city centers you can kinda refurbish pre-existing systems, but in suburbs you need to build from scratch, and the distances are way bigger which imposes another challenge.
Don’t get me wrong, im all for it, but we need to acknowledge these problems first.
I’m all for efficient public transports in downtown, I use them daily myself, but people on suburbs won’t really see a benefit to this.
On the other hand, just switching to electric is a nice start, otherwise we won’t be able to live much longer.
Well they already were, but the Team Families system IS here indeed.
