Maybe it’s to help them.
Don’t tell me, I like the illusion.
How are they saying “potentially” endangered someone’s life? This is an “absolutely definitely” endangered her life story.
Try not to be so judgemental.
I don’t see any evidence for this.
That’s not exclusive to WFH.
And the employee is on a zoom call, it looks like.
I don’t recall any being about colour. Usually it’s about reading something, like which type of batteries are for this thing or how long to cook this for… that kind of thing.
Same but I wonder how well it will do… lots of calls are me saying to move the thing so I can read it or whatever. The calls tend to need back and forth communication.
It doesn’t come with preloaded shit though, so in that sense it’s a good option.
Fairphone?
In some countries you’d get tax breaks for leasing the building to a charity. It’s win win win
They don’t need to convert it, keep it as office space for a charity or multiple charities, use it as storage for charities, make workshop spaces for low income or unemployed, etc etc etc
It’s not about the baby, plus they do move around as soon as they can and you cannot leave them for a minute.
“They noted that the babies exposed to more screen time were children of younger first-time mothers who had lower household incomes, lower maternal education levels, and suffered from postpartum depression.”
It’s not as simple as “interact with your kids”.
Yeah there’s a lot of good covid info still on there.
Yes, I’m on Connect for Lemmy
Yeah it really is the worst when you have to fight for something that men get without barely trying. And those same men will give advise on how to do it too, completely disregarding how responses are different for women, IE they’re not listening.
Jesus Christ that’s cruel.
I’m on both Mastodon and Bluesky but BS feels smoother and gives me more content after following some users and content than Mastodon ever did. I really want MD to work out and I’ll go back there but I have neither the time nor the skills to develop or grow it myself.
