Edge has started doing that too, whenever I download something from my Home Assistant instance while at home I have to rightclick and say that I really want to download it.
As long as such an option is available its not too bad.

At 11V you are already damaging most lead acid batteries, especially starter batteries.
If you only do it a few times it will probably take it, but not much more than that.
When I have kids I will allow them to go on the Internet, but I will teach them about where to find good content and stuff like that.
They will ultimately have to learn how to do this anyway, so its better to teach them early.
And I dont want to completely block their internet access because their classmates will have it too and it sucks to be the only one who doesnt, you just dont fit in quite as well and arent able to talk about stuff from the internet if you dont know anything about it. (I am speaking from experience)
I think touch controls make sense in cars, but only for navigation and advanced settings, like for how long the headlights should stay on when you leave the car, should the mirrors fold when you lock the car, stuff like that.
Everything else should have a button.
Skin cancer must be pretty prevalent in Israel.
(Like it is in Australia)
Here in Germany most (German) websites use .de, so its definetly not unprofessional here.
I am also not surprised that .de is one of the most used country TLDs out there.
Lots of chinese phones still have an SD card slot, although its usually in the same location as the second SIM card, so you have to choose.
My phone is like this and I use the dual SIM feature, as the internal memory is 256gb anyway.
That is true, until it isnt anymore. At one point Google will become so shitty and other search engines much better, that everyone will start to switch over, but at that point its too late for Google to do anything about it.
But thats somehow beyond the grasp of every shareholder ever (or they plan on selling the stock in a few years anyway).
I started with a bunch of Tuya devices that are almost all flashed over to tasmota etc. by now.
What really got me to actually start with home assistant though, is the exterior blinds controllers I bought. They kept losing wifi after a few days until I rebooted them, but they were hardwired, so every day I would have to turn off a circuit in my house with everything connected to it.
I flashed them with openbeken OTA and now they almost always work and, even if they didnt, they have already rebooted and are working again.
And Celsius is 0 for freezing water and 100 for boiling water, sounds much more practical to me
(Almost) my entire house is smart, but nothing talks to the cloud anymore.
So nobody can get that data except me. Some exceptions are that I dont have or want smart locks, that just seems to insecure and unreliable.
Not necessarily, it does mean that its just a rebrand of some noname chinese stuff.
I wouldnt expect it to be very high quality, but some of them are good enough.
They stopped including a charger a few iPhones ago. At least they can just buy USB C to A cables if they have USB A chargers, and those cables are going to be cheap, unlike apples cables.
The contract to expand the coal mine was signed a long time ago, it wouldnt be signed now. RWE, who mines the coal there, would have to be compensated if they werent allowed to mine there.
The compensation would probably be so high that its cheaper to just build renewable energy elsewhere, and the wind turbines are at the end of their lifespan anyway.
I just hope that we dont get a right wing government anytime soon that gives out the next stupid contract to mine even more coal there.
Because, in the end we have more coal underground than we ever need or should use, its not a question of finding coal, but instead of how or if we should mine it.
I dont know if they have all the metal you want, but maybe Youtube Music. One youtuber has stated that he gets about twice as much per view from YT Music than he does from Spotify.
