Piracy is always the answer
I’d rather use a usenet board
I used nextcloud as well, switched to Immich when I got an iPhone though
I went Win > Mint > Manjaro (for a day) > Arch
Njalla - you can pay in crypto and they are privacy focused
They have VPSs as well but I don’t know if they are any good price wise
Windows 10 was never meant to be the last version, one guy said it and somehow it stuck. It was never the plan though.
I feel partially responsible for this, and I’m not complaining
My 3070 runs better than on windows🤷♀️ (in most of my favourite games)
Starr apps for media or ytdl for YouTube
This is what I use, jellyfin or Plex to watch them
I had this issue so many times, I ended up re installing and having everything on 1 partition instead of separating root and home
I just self hosted everything I needed and dl my fav YouTube channels’ videos to my server
I use internet on my phone to look up something every now and then and I’ll browse lemmy for a bit if I get bored
Other than that I don’t really use the internet outside of essential stuff like banking and emailing
It looks pretty good but its usability is shit
Not seeing anyone suggesting unRAID… it’s perfect for this kind of thing (from experience). VMs, LXC, Docker & flexible storage options.
Has its own App Store built in as well🤷♀️
Thanks good to know, after I hit this upload limit with one of my services I honestly considered nuking the whole nginx setup and using WG or TS, still on the fence about it all
100mb is the max I think
You could’ve used rclone?
Stories are useless everywhere, be good if we just got rid of them
I worked in a small team and our stuff rarely broke. We set it all up to use minimal resources and mostly automated maintenance and we went unnoticed for most of my time there. Everyone else thought we were just sitting around doing nothing and getting paid for it. It created an uncomfortable environment, was glad to leave at the end of it.
This paired with moonlight & sunshine will work perfectly.
