i think they will probably be safe. Trump is in the pocket of tech billionaires and they need cheap labor.
Leftists decided punishing Democrats was more important than the rights of marginalized people living in the US, so now we have Trump. Thanks leftists. You’re the reason we will have concentration camps again.

All the Youtubers Bambu sponsors are like, “I was terrified of 3D printing. Wasn’t that something only nerds do? Then Bambu sent me a free 3D printer and several hundred dollars and I’m telling you guys, you don’t even need a brain to use it!!!”
I misread this as you have a heater in your bed (the one you sleep in) and you dry your filament in bed.
“Self-host” is just a euphemism for “pirate” right? …Right?
I love it. I’m for AI now.
We just need to improve it so it says “Fuck you, do it yourself.”
I’ll have to give that a whirl also, thanks!
I got too used to Fusion 360 and now I’m stuck with it since I can make stuff fast, easy, and parameterized with full change history and it’s too much effort to learn something new to replace my workflow. Also its the CAM software for my CNC.
I’ll probably play around with SCAD/Build123d though for fun.
I noticed Edge would only show me corporate/authority friendly results recently as well oddly cutting down the number of results I see to a very unnaturally short amount of results.
Deleting it and moving to DuckDuckGo which while the corporate friendly things were still at the top, it at least showed me some opposition results.
PLA worked fine. I just bought and loaded some new PETG btw and it prints pretty well so I think everyone is right that the filament is just really old/wet.
Threw 80 bucks out to get a dryer.
Yeah sounds like I may have to invest in a dryer then.
I’m using an Orca profile for the Snapmaker printer but other than that I’m not sure. Kind of just trusting they set that part up correctly.
I have never dried it before, no.
It’s a few months old. I have printed with it before and while it was never perfect it was never this bad. I’ll have to get back to you on a temp tower. I have one around somewhere.
It’s somewhat old but I keep them in dry boxes with silica beads and a hygrometer. The humidity never increased past 20% I believe. Usually stays around 15%.
The Micro:bit is still in production I think. A new one was released in 2020.
BBC Micro before the UK Brexited.
Lemmy only really became usable for me after I blocked certain instances/communities. Tbh if I wasn’t permabanned from Reddit I probably would have quit early on and went back to Reddit.
This wasn’t because of UX. It’s was because some of the most active and highly upvoted instances that had posts hit All constantly were full of terrible people and idiots.
However now that I realize how powerful that is to be able to block whole instances and curate your experience and realize that it’s basically impossible to Permaban someone from Lemmy, I’m enjoying it a lot more.
Is there an alternative to Google Drive that doesn’t lock me into using MS Office. I particularly need to ability to share and edit files online.
I’m American and while I deplore how we are treating our allies, I absolutely am looking forward to a stronger more independent Europe. America has been the big bully for far too long. It’s time for other Western countries to become just as powerful and influential.
